Use One-Way Messaging

One-Way Messaging allows franchisees, DAs, and HQ personnel to send one-way messages to a single restaurant or to all restaurants and to flag important messages. If you mark a message as Important, staff must confirm that they received and reviewed the message. Information messages do not require confirmation.

Once you send a message, you can see whether it has been transmitted and whether the staff has read the message. You can also view previously sent messages.

Incoming messages appear on the SubwayPOS® Dashboard screen. The Messaging icon indicates how many unread messages you have.

  • If a message is marked as Important, you must confirm that you received and reviewed the message.

  • Information messages scroll across the bottom of the SubwayPOS® Dashboard screen. You do not have to confirm that you received and reviewed information messages.
